To be successful, this person must be comfortable working across technical, operational, financial, security, compliance, analytics, and organizational priorities. They will partner with Security, Support, Labs, APEX, Legal, HR, Finance, OCI, M&D, tenancy/application teams, and executive stakeholders. Responsibilities Drive rhythm of business, including leadership syncs, staff meetings, roadmap reviews, business reviews, follow-ups, and executive updates. Maintain visibility across open priorities, owners, due dates, risks, blockers, decisions, and completed actions. Manage business operations, including budget follow-up, spend controls, purchase justifications, renewals, hardware and license planning, and cost-saving activities. Use reporting, analytics, dashboards, and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, budget impacts, staffing needs, and execution gaps for VP and the leadership team. Support headcount planning, backfills, PIN usage, open reqs, staffing transitions, hiring priorities, and org planning. Track high-priority initiatives across security, compliance, tenancy cleanup, AI enablement, roadmaps, KPIs, and support transformation.
