Under direct supervision, performs bridge inspection related calculations of basic complexity. Documents deficiencies. Performs other duties as required. Drafts documents, sketches and related items to communication bridge structural deficiencies and other related bridge inspection issues. Calculates quantities and repair cost estimates for repair identified deficiencies. Communicates inspection report to the client.

Superintendent 3 Manages projects against plans to ensure budget, schedule, and quality are met and projects are completed as per design requirements/specifications. Develops project completion plans and timelines to meet customer expectations and deliver critical project components. Establishes project responsibilities matrices in partnership with leadership team including lower level/functional superintendents, craft foremen, project managers, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensures safety standards and regulations are followed and required reporting is completed. Reviews, negotiates, and approves change orders. Develops and implements plans for project completion and turnover. For those with union projects and employees, reviews and approves the balance of forepersons, journeymen, and laborer's composite labor rates. Engages with the firm's management, clients, and subcontractors in open communication regarding all areas of project completion. Advises concerned stakeholders regarding project status including, but not limited to construction challenges or delays, supply chain issues, and/or start-up issues. Partners with engineering, estimating, and planning team members to ensure work complies with firm standards and client requirements. Leads programs and processes to create and maintain strong client relationships with staff on job sites. Leads meetings with clients to conduct project planning and to resolve issues that arise during project completion. Manages the day-to-day activity of all construction project staff. Provides feedback on performance appraisals. Manages the training and development of staff. Approves paid time off (PTO) requests and ensures human resources policies are followed. Serves as a mentor to junior superintendents, general foremen, and construction specialists/managers. For those supervising union employees - ensures that all performance evaluations

Geotechnical Engineer 2 Under general supervision, creates excavation, dewatering, shallow/deep foundations, dams/reservoirs/levees, geo-environmental projects, etc. engineering designs of basic to moderate complexity to meet client project requirements. Reviews draft designs for compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Ensures that firm policies and practices are followed on all designs. Performs site reviews and studies, as needed, to ensure designs are aligned with location specifications. Updates design requirements as necessary. Performs soil sampling analyses and modeling. Contributes to firm's TKM by developing white papers and technical design documentation of new or special case designs, studies, etc.. Submits technical papers and designs for publishing to technical journals. Performs other duties as required. May create or work with a team to create a poster or other presentation material for a conference.

CEI Project Administrator Plans, manages, and oversees construction projects ranging from multiple medium projects to large, multiple-contract projects of moderate to high complexity. Accountable for all construction management activities on assigned projects. Scope of human resources management includes construction representatives and construction specialist jobs. Interprets plans and specifications for clients, contractors, and the company's field personnel. Provides internal consultation to construction representatives and acts as a technical resource to other function groups within the division. Develops new opportunities for business through proposal and general contact with current and potential clients. Contributes to the administration and operation of the construction services group, as required. Supervises and coordinates all shop drawing activities. Reviews government regulation in order to provide consultation services that reflect an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of legal requirements. Performs other duties as required.

Entry Health and Safety Specialist Controls hazardous working conditions and unsafe employee activities through safety inspections. Communicates results to supervisor. Oversees and administers health/safety and first aid activities directly related to on‐site health and safety, including work assignments, training, safety orientation, etc. Reports, investigates, and documents all accidents, safety violations, and unsafe conditions/activities. Identifies causes and reports to supervisor. Conducts work‐area surveillance inspections, air sampling tests for confined space entry, property damage and personal injury investigations. Reviews project health & safety documentation to ensure all required records and reports are complete and accurate. Implements appropriate corrective action as required. Performs other duties as required. Accompanies health, safety, and insurance inspectors on walk‐through tours of the project.
