The Opportunity We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our team! The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is both a hands-on technical advisor and a trusted strategic partner for our customers. You'll dive deep into the Zuora platform - designing workflows, analyzing data models, writing SQL queries, and advising on API integrations - while also guiding customers on how to best architect and scale their subscription business. You'll balance technical problem-solving with strategic advisory, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are both technically sound and aligned with business goals. Your background in SaaS applications, enterprise integrations, and financial or revenue systems will be critical as you advise customers on best practices, troubleshoot complex challenges, and shape solutions that drive measurable success.
