Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks while ensuring the quality of SaaS and eCommerce applications. The role requires strong expertise in Salesforce and SAP systems, hands-on experience with automation tools, and a solid understanding of end-to-end business workflows. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a focus on continuous improvement in an Agile environment. What You'll do: Automation & Test Execution - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, or APEX. - Design scalable automation frameworks for Salesforce and SAP integrations. - Create and execute test cases including functional, regression, sanity, smoke, and exploratory testing. - Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. E-Commerce & Integration Testing - Perform end-to-end testing across Salesforce (Sales, Service, Commerce Cloud) and SAP (FICO, BRIM, MM, GRC). - Validate eCommerce workflows: product catalog, search, cart, checkout, pricing, promotions, and order management. - Test integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and external systems (e.g., payment gateways). - Ensure accurate data flow and business process validation across systems.
