Test Engineer – Salesforce Automation Bangalore, KA, India Bangalore, KA, India What success looks like in this role: Roles and Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for Salesforce applications using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Provar, or equivalent. • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand Salesforce customizations and integrations. • Create, review, and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom apps. • Perform API testing for Salesforce integrations using tools such as Postman or REST Assured. • Identify, document, and track software defects to closure using bug tracking tools like JIRA. • Participate in requirement analysis, providing inputs on testability and automation feasibility. • Ensure adherence to QA processes, coding standards, and best practices for test automation. • Support CI/CD pipeline integration for automated regression testing. • Conduct performance testing for Salesforce components and recommend optimizations. • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and ensure automation scripts remain compatible. #LI-BN1 You will be successful in this role if you have: Key Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 2-4 years of experience in test automation, preferably in Salesforce environment. • Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Provar, TestNG, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI. • Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, configurations, and data model. • Proficiency in Apex testing frameworks and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP). • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
