Director, Artificial Intelligence - Hybrid Country US What you'll need to succeed as a Director, Artificial Intelligence at XPO: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience 7 years of data science, operations research and/or software engineering experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning with a proven track record of building and deploying AI models. 5+ years of experience years of leading, managing, and developing highly talented teams. Strong technical background and deep understanding of Machine Learning with practical experience in building and implementing large-scale predictive models and recommendation systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence partners and customers with data insights and expertise. Proficient in AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch) and programming languages (e.g., Python), with experience in building and deploying AI models for end-to-end AI/ML solutions. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD, or equivalent experience in Data Science, Information Technology, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field. 12+ years of experience leading, managing, and developing highly talented teams.
