Shutterstock Studios is seeking a Director of AI Services & Operations to lead a new vertical focused on custom data and production services for machine learning and model training. This role will report to the VP, Head of Innovation for Studios and have oversight over the production pipeline from project scoping through to delivery. As Director of AI Services & Operations your focus will be to refine and further develop the processes and best practices for creating custom data at scale, working cross-functionally with senior managers across departments to bid and execute on the highest quality of commercial production work spanning a wide portfolio from illustration to video and game content. You will be responsible for connecting internal stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), while also helping to manage resourcing for production, post and technical teams.
