About this role

Business Analytics Senior Manager (Product, Core) Boston, MA At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock human performance. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives. We're seeking a Senior Manager, Product Analytics to join our Product Analytics team and lead analytical efforts across three critical domains: core product (think: sleep, strain, recovery), hardware product (partnering with technical PMs on device and sensor-level challenges), and algorithms (bridging algorithmic work and product decisions). This role is ideal for someone who thrives as a player-coach: leading and developing a team of analysts while staying deeply hands-on with the work. We're looking for someone who is fluent in data, driven by product thinking, and energized by working across multiple complex problem spaces simultaneously. Industry background matters less than analytical horsepower, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to translate ambiguous questions into clear, actionable insight. This person should feel comfortable operating at the intersection of product strategy, technical decisions, and analytical rigor - and should bring the range to be credible across all three.
