Budget Analyst Plano, TX - Dallas Pkwy Budget Analyst is responsible for fund-level capital planning, funding execution, and financial analysis in support of portfolio performance and investment objectives. The role oversees the funding and approval of capital, redevelopment, and facility budgets; oversees purchase orders and budget revisions; and delivers financial modeling, reporting, and performance analysis to support capital allocation and value creation decisions. The analyst ensures compliance with established approval frameworks and financial controls while partnering with Capital and cross-functional teams to align project execution with fund return targets.
