The Role The Fleet Service and Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the safety, performance, and operational readiness of Wayve's autonomous vehicle fleet. From routine servicing and diagnostics to urgent repairs and vehicle readiness for high-visibility events, technicians ensure our fleet remains in peak condition to support testing, demonstrations, and real-world deployment. Reporting to the Fleet Service Manager, this hands-on role requires strong mechanical knowledge, the ability to work with modern diagnostic systems, and a proactive, safety-conscious mindset.
