Why This Role Matters As a Technician, Fleet Service - Italy, you play a critical role in ensuring that Goodyear's contracted fleets receive high-quality, compliant, and cost-efficient services. Through regular field audits, performance tracking, and close collaboration with internal teams and service partners, you help protect service standards, improve operational effectiveness, and support long-term customer value and profitability. Your work directly contributes to service quality, asset optimization, and continuous improvement across Goodyear's fleet network. What You'll Do Conduct regular field audits across fleets, service providers, and partners to assess service quality, policy compliance, and operational effectiveness. Track and analyze service KPIs (including FOS data, casing, and inspection results) to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with Goodyear service and casing processes, maximizing asset utilization and supporting cost efficiency. Develop, communicate, and follow up on clear action plans to drive measurable service and performance improvements. Support onboarding of new PPK customers through vehicle inspections, system setup, and service readiness activities.
