Senior Principal, Finance Business Partner (Service Excellence) Milford, MA, US Overview As a Sr Principal, Finance Business Partner (Service Excellence), you will be responsible for providing strategic financial partnership to the Service Excellence team driving an EBIT improvement across four commercial divisions representing $1.7B in service revenue. This role requires deep expertise in service business finance, strong business case development capabilities, and proven experience partnering with transformation and operations leaders through complex organizational change including M&A integration. You will build and maintain proforma P&Ls, partner with initiative owners to develop and monitor business cases and financial impacts, design and track KPIs that measure value realization, and translate financial performance into strategic insights for executive leadership. This role partners with the Service Excellence team, service leadership across four commercial divisions, and cross-functional leaders in Finance, HR, Operations, Commercial Excellence, and IT to ensure initiatives are financially sound and deliver measurable business outcomes.
