About this role
CRM Automation Specialist 6 Month Fixed Term Contract, Stockholm HQ YOUR MISSION AT VOI As our new CRM Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening Voi's lifecycle marketing and driving long-term customer engagement, conversion, and retention. You will identify opportunities across the customer journey, then turn them into automated CRM programmes that scale with Braze as your main playground. Reporting to the CRM Manager, you will work closely with Data, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure that lifecycle initiatives are data-driven, well-structured, and aligned with Voi's broader growth objectives. This is a 6-month fixed-term position based in our Stockholm HQ. In this role, you will: - Analyse lifecycle performance using SQL and CRM data to uncover opportunities across onboarding, engagement, upsell, and retention. - Investigate user behaviour and campaign performance to identify automation gaps and new lifecycle journeys. - Translate insights into actionable CRM journeys, segmentation strategies, and targeting logic. - Build and optimise automated lifecycle journeys in Braze using Canvas, segmentation, and Liquid logic. - Develop scalable campaign structures and reusable templates that reduce manual work. - Design and run A/B tests across channels, and turn results into concrete optimisation actions. - Continuously improve targeting, timing, and messaging based on data and experimentation. - Collaborate with Marketing, Data, and Product to support multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app) and ensure alignment with growth initiatives. - Maintain strong QA standards to secure accurate segmentation, triggers, and personalisation, and avoid overlaps or conflicting journeys.
