The role supports the coordination and delivery of CRM initiatives, contributing to project planning, resource allocation, and delivery monitoring across internal IT teams and external partners. Working closely with key stakeholders, the IT CRM Delivery Specialist helps ensure visibility, alignment, and smooth execution throughout the CRM project lifecycle. This is a great opportunity for professionals with early experience in IT delivery, project coordination, or PMO‑like roles who are eager to grow in a structured and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Support the management of the IT CRM project portfolio, monitoring priorities, dependencies, risks, and progress. Contribute to translating CRM project demand into structured resource allocations, working with internal teams and external vendors. Support end‑to‑end budget monitoring activities, from initial cost estimates to purchase order handling and goods receipt. Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of operational processes and delivery workflows for CRM projects. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure operational alignment and effective execution. Facilitate communication between IT CRM teams and external suppliers, ensuring clarity on activities, timelines, and responsibilities. Identify delivery risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, proposing practical solutions. Support KPI tracking and delivery reporting, ensuring clear and data‑driven insights.
