This fixed term position is based in Foshan, China, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Talent Acquisition team and the organisation's headcount growth. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including devising search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, conducting pre-screening and interviews, presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers, and facilitating the hiring and onboarding processes. Provide expert guidance and consultation to hiring managers, offering insights on hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching, and best practices, as well as staying abreast of sourcing trends. Develop, recommend, and execute recruitment strategies in collaboration with decision-makers to ensure successful candidate searches within specified timeframes.
