Job Summary: The Senior Manager, Billing Asia is responsible for providing strategic, operational, and people leadership to the Billing and Cash Receipts functions across Asia‑region entities within the Global Shared Services Centre. This role oversees end‑to‑end O2C delivery, ensuring operational excellence, strong financial controls, compliance with service‑level commitments, and continuous process optimization. The position plays a key leadership role in business partnering, decision support for billing matters, and driving transformation initiatives, including ERP and process harmonization programs.
