About this role

Inventory Account Management Manager New York, New York, United States WHAT YOU'LL DO The Inventory Account Management Manager is the primary liaison between supply partners and Viant DSP client teams. You will serve as a crucial bridge between Viant and key media exchanges, ensuring that Viant teams have a full understanding of offerings, capabilities, and use cases. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external media owners to curate inventory on behalf of customers/traders/buyers while maintaining efficient, seamless relationships with inventory partners and internal account teams. Our Inventory Account Management Managers are enthusiastic, proactive, self-starters charged with establishing, supporting, and overseeing media exchange partner relationships. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ideal candidate works well with cross- functional team members in order to find solutions for and curate valuable inventory for our clients. THE DAY-TO-DAY - Easily accessible as the primary day-to-day point of contact for Exchange partners, advocating for Viant's strategic goals and operational standards. - Support Publisher Business Development teams by providing merchandising guidance and synthesizing themes of client requests for publisher partners to create solutions. - Establish and maintain relationships with mid/long-tail publisher partners, ensuring Viant teams understand the offerings and how to access. - Manage the programmatic inventory request lifecycle, including the setup, health monitoring, and troubleshooting of Viant Deals, Client Deals, and Open Market. - Evaluate publisher offerings and inventory quality for effectiveness, ensuring strict adherence to the Viant Inventory Quality Policy and oRTB signal compliance (PPID, IRIS). - Facilitate sales enablement by
