The core of our products is manually curated data captured using rule-based web research. We create high-quality data through efficient processes. As a Process Expert in Data Operations, you will improve processes across all operations teams. You will support the teams in simplifying and increasing the resilience of processes. You will be hands-on in improving our tools. You will improve interfaces between teams. You will ensure your improvements are carried out throughout the organization. You will work closely with the Director of Data Operations.
