About this role

Operador Mainframe Turnos 24/7 Madrid What success looks like in this role: • Provides operational and technical support for assigned data center computer systems and associated peripheral equipment. • Monitors performance of on-line systems utilizing software support tools to complete all scheduled jobs in a timely manner. • Performs standard maintenance and repair. • Interfaces with clients and appropriate support groups to escalate issues for resolution. • Reassigns job priorities according to precedent, policy, and procedures. • Participates in on-call rotation; responds to alerts and systems issues. • Updates systems and applications. • Partners with vendors and component suppliers to replace or repair failed equipment.
