About this role
Assoc Eng Software Eng Madrid, Spain What success looks like in this role: • Gains familiarity with Software Applications Engineering concepts, practices and methodologies. • With guidance, performs assigned software and application development duties, including: o Coding and performing unit testing to detect and fix anticipated issues, o Performing build and deployment activities for application development efforts, o Monitoring performance to ensure system availability and reliability, o Working to understand use case and requirements and explore alternative solutions, and o Assessing how proposed development / changes may impact functionality and aligned applications or processes. • Learns and adheres to company and industry standard coding guidelines, continuous integration (CI) and source code processes. • Reports task status, issues and risks in timely manner to lead/manager. • Completes assigned training/upskilling tasks on time.
