The Impact U will make: - You will report to our Head of Insurance Sales - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance industry, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to expand our market presence. - Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring we remain aligned with their evolving needs and consistently adding value to their operations. - Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing accounts to deepen our footprint, uncovering opportunities to expand our solutions and services. - Develop and implement customized account strategies that focus on both immediate sales and long-term growth opportunities. - Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Unqork platform and establish use case patterns and communicate how they can address specific client challenges. - Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to create a cohesive and positive client experience. - Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
