THE ROLE We are seeking a People & Talent Partner to join our Global People team to help shape the future of our organization. This is a high-impact, hybrid role designed for a professional who thrives on the intersection of rapid organizational scaling and deep human-centric partnership. You will own the full employee lifecycle for our Tel Aviv site, from driving sophisticated talent acquisition strategies to serving as a trusted People Partner. You will translate business goals into people strategies, ensuring Unit attracts top-tier talent while fostering a culture of high performance, engagement, and operational excellence.
