Pega Senior Systems Architect Melbourne, VIC, Australia Melbourne, VIC, Australia What success looks like in this role: Role Summary The Senior Pega System Architect (SSA) will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and governing a Pega Constellation-based Customer Service solution for Government. The role is responsible for developing the solution that aligns with government policies, security standards, accessibility requirements, and service delivery outcomes, while leveraging Pega Customer Service, Case Management, and Omni-Channel capabilities. The SSA will work closely with business stakeholders, Lead system architects, security teams, and delivery squads to translate complex service delivery requirements into scalable, maintainable Pega solutions. What success looks like in this role High-quality Pega solution delivered in line with Constellation architecture and Pega Guardrails Design and implement Pega solutions that are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business requirements. Complex case types, service intents, and flows implemented accurately Constellation-based UI built using out-of-the-box views and DX APIs with minimal customisation Integrations implemented reliably with strong error handling and performance Features delivered on time and with minimal rework Solutions that meet government security, privacy, and accessibility requirements Reduced defects through strong unit testing and peer reviews Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and developers. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Manage the technical aspects of deployment and post-implementation support. Keep abreast of the latest Pega technologies and functionalities, advocating for their use to improve project outcomes. You will be successful in this role if you have Strong hands-on experience building complex Pega case management
