Leads and manages large, complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the normal project scope. Identifies new program and project opportunities with potentially company-wide impact. Leads and oversees project initiation, risk assessment, team startup, execution and post-project review. Initiates and leads project / program management process improvement task forces, facilitating and encouraging improvement based on lessons learned and state-of-the-art project management techniques. Drives change and continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Program / Project Management. Sought out by executives to lead or provide advice on important projects. You will be successful in this role if you have: NV1 Security Clearance is required for this role.
