The Organizational Change Management (OCM) - Manager OCM leads the design, governance, and delivery of organisational change strategies that enable leaders, teams, and organisations to successfully adopt change across business processes, systems, technology, and operating models. As a senior member of the Unisys Organisational Change Management (OCM) team, this role partners with Program/Project leadership and executive stakeholders to drive measurable adoption and benefits realisation. The OCM Manager provides strategic direction and practical leadership across one or more initiatives-setting the change approach, leading delivery teams and/or vendors, coaching practitioners, and ensuring change activities are integrated with program governance, risk management, and delivery plans.
