Senior Project Manager (PMP Certified) Anywhere in the United States Our team is seeking a results-driven and customer-oriented Senior Project Manager to oversee and drive successful customer implementations of our suite of rapidly expanding product offerings. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to strategically plan, execute, and deliver projects within established timelines and budgets. You will be responsible for defining and aligning project objectives with organizational goals, while maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the project life-cycle. A key focus of this position will be enhancing customer satisfaction, driving process optimization, fostering team development, and supporting continuous learning and growth. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with a talented and dedicated Customer Experience team to ensure seamless project execution and the delivery of exceptional results. What You'll Do Lead and oversee end-to-end Unanet software implementations, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget Develop, refine, and maintain comprehensive project artifacts and internal documentation to support project execution and knowledge sharing Communicate project expectations clearly and proactively to both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle Identify, monitor, and manage project dependencies and critical paths to mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery Collaborate cross-functionally with key departments to drive the successful implementation of strategic client project Manage and deliver multiple tiers of client implementations and diverse project types, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction Your First 90 Days In Your First 30 Days Attend Orientation and meet the Unanet team
