Your mission As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at UiPath, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers who have responded to our marketing activities. You will be the first point of contact for these prospects, helping to build relationships and set the stage for successful sales engagements What you'll do at UiPath - Engage with Prospects: Contact potential customers who have shown interest in UiPath through our marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and other activities. - Qualify Leads: Assess and qualify leads to determine their potential and readiness for a sales conversation. Gather relevant information to understand their needs, challenges, and interest in UiPath solutions. - Initiate Conversations: Use phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to initiate and maintain engaging conversations with prospects (from both Inbound & Outbound activities). - Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
