In this role, you'll own and drive recruiting for highly specialized Sales roles across TRM's go-to-market organization. You'll bring a sales mindset to talent acquisition - prospecting, influencing, and closing exceptional candidates in competitive markets where judgment, persistence, and disciplined execution matter.
