Sales Account Director - Public Sector (Eastern Europe) EMEA | Remote BUILD A SAFER WORLD. TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. TRM's platforms enable investigators to trace illicit activity, build cases, and construct operating pictures of threat networks. Leading agencies and businesses worldwide rely on TRM to make the world safer and more secure. TRM's EMEA Sales Team has a high-performing, positive, and open culture. Team members are given a high degree of responsibility and the freedom to deliver against goals. Communication is primarily async via Slack. The team works UK and CET hours, with some requirement for later calls with US teams on complex opportunities. We are looking for a results-focused, motivated Account Director to build and own TRM's Public Sector business across Eastern Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Romania and surrounding markets). This person will build a pipeline of government, law enforcement, and national security accounts, owning all revenue and quota responsibilities for the region. The Impact You Will Have: - Build from scratch a National Security, Law Enforcement, and Defense-focused business for TRM across Eastern Europe - Work with key security, defense, and law enforcement stakeholders to make TRM the number-one choice for blockchain investigations in the region - Build and manage scalable systems to maintain TRM speed with strategic Eastern European security customers - Use deep knowledge of TRM products, customer needs, and the Eastern European security landscape to create value-led solutions - Effectively build and
