Contracts Manager / Commercial Paralegal North America | Remote | United States BUILD A SAFER WORLD. As a Commercial Paralegal (AI & Legal Operations), you will report to the Assistant General Counsel - Commercial and join a high-trust, high-velocity Legal team that supports TRM's global Go-To-Market (GTM) and vendor functions. You'll be equal parts legal operations problem-solver and AI-native workflow builder, owning the workstreams that keep deals moving - MNDAs, order forms, intake triage, and signature routing - and turning them into repeatable, AI-assisted processes instead of one-off fire drills. Success looks like a legal team that focuses its time on truly complex matters because the rest of the work runs through well-designed agentic systems, with measurable improvements in cycle time, throughput, and consistency. Please note: there is a strong preference for Eastern or Central time zones to stay close to the core legal team. THE IMPACT YOU'LL HAVE HERE: - Own end-to-end MNDA workflows - intake, triage, first-pass review using templates and AI tools, coordination of approvals, and execution. - Handle high-volume contracts under attorney supervision, including NDAs, standard order forms, amendments, and vendor contract reviews. - Prepare and manage signature-ready packets, signature routing, and tracking for commercial and
