If you're passionate about food, technology, and making a real impact, your seat at the table is ready. 👉 Discover life at TheFork What you will do: - Act as a strategic partner to the Iberia HRBPs, ensuring the operational alignment of People strategies across the region. - Lead and optimize the entire employee lifecycle, delivering an exceptional employee experience across onboarding, leave management (temporary disability/IT), and offboarding processes. - Ensure full legal and operational compliance of all contractual documentation, internal policies, and employee handbooks in accordance with the regulatory frameworks of Spain and Portugal. - Proactively maintain, audit, and safeguard digital employee files to ensure permanent internal audit readiness for legal or corporate requirements. - Oversee the governance of HR data, ensuring strict regulatory compliance with data protection laws (GDPR) across all departmental information workflows. - Coordinate and supervise payroll inputs with the external vendor, guaranteeing data quality, timely payments, and social/tax compliance for Iberia. - Manage
