The team agrees- our employee NPS is in the high 80s. About the role We're looking for a VP Marketing to lead our 17-person marketing team. You'll report directly to the CEO and own the full marketing function: demand generation, product marketing, corporate marketing, and brand design. You'll inherit a strong team and help build Tremendous into a globally recognized brand. We want someone who can run a high-performing marketing org, brings deep expertise in demand generation, and thinks like an owner about the business. This role requires big-picture thinking about the business and deep attention to execution details. You will - Help us become the default way companies pay people. For everything but payroll: research incentives, referral bonuses, employee rewards, customer rebates, contractor payments, etc. When a company needs to pay anyone, anywhere, we want Tremendous to be the obvious answer. You'll build the awareness and discoverability
