Head of Inbound Marketing US-Remote 8x8 connects our customers and teams globally, empowering CX leaders with performance and insights to make smarter decisions, delight customers, and drive lasting business impact. About the Role We're looking for a data-driven, creative, and execution-focused Head of Inbound to own our global inbound demand engine. You'll lead the strategy and execution across paid media, inbound engagement, email marketing, and webinars - driving measurable pipeline impact and accelerating customer acquisition across all regions. This role blends analytical rigor with creative storytelling. You'll partner closely with Product Marketing, Content, Campaigns and Sales to design integrated campaigns that attract, engage, and convert prospects at scale. What You'll Do Lead Global Inbound Strategy: Build and execute the roadmap for paid acquisition, inbound engagement, email nurture, and webinar programs to drive marketing-sourced pipeline.
