This role can be performed from any location within the United States. Meet the Team The Digital Communications & Strategy organization connects audiences to what matters most. We lead the planning and enablement that unifies Global Communications - grounded in data and insights, powered by AI, and expressed through storytelling that moves audiences, and the business, forward. Your Impact In this role, you will provide support for calendaring, travel, expenses, along with management and oversight of special projects, as needed, to the Vice President of Digital Communications and Strategy. You will act as a core member of the VP's team, handling incoming requests for time, meetings, and resources with a high degree of independence. You will also provide support, as needed, to the VP's Chief of Staff and leadership team, as well as the broader Global Comms leadership team, ensuring that matters are referred appropriately and that all tasks are followed through to completion. Key Responsibilities Calendar Management: Manages and owns the calendar day-to-day, keeping the VP's schedule accurate, current, and aligned to priorities. Has proactive oversight of the schedule and incoming time requests, ensuring that every meeting has a clear purpose/agenda and is aligned to the needs of the team.
