Our People Products team goal is to amplify the People Team's ambition by developing AI-powered conversational self-service products to deliver personalized employee experiences and insights in the flow of work through cloud based scalable, integrated, compliant products to unleash productivity and boost engagement of Toasters and possibly also ship to Toast customers. We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst (Workday - Payroll Configuration) to join our People Products team reporting into the HCM Solutions Architect on the People Products team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for system configuration across various functional areas within Workday that power our employee experience and operational excellence, with the first big initiatives focused on Toast's global expansion and supporting US payroll. You'll work closely with People, Finance, and IT stakeholders to build scalable and successfully adopted solutions.
