This role provides critical administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient recruiting experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with high hiring volume. You'll be the central link between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers-keeping every stage of the process running seamlessly. What You'll Do Coordinate and schedule remote and in-person interviews for multiple departments and hiring managers.
