Content & Creator Program Manager - Japan / ★ソーシャル・コンテンツストラテジスト Japan, Toyko 【Responsibilities】 Official Account Management: Lead the operation of Sky's official Japanese social media accounts. This includes managing content scheduling and publishing, planning and executing online events for the Japan region, handling community interactions/replies, and monitoring public sentiment and data performance. Growth & Strategy: Align seasonal game content with platform-specific features to drive user growth. You will plan the marketing and social media strategy for each season and event, execute end-to-end campaigns, and perform integrated data analysis to provide insights for content optimization. UGC Operations: Manage User-Generated Content (UGC) strategies. Based on Sky's unique brand identity and the characteristics of Japanese players, you will plan and implement creator incentive programs focused on new user acquisition. Creator Ecosystem (KOL/KOC): Oversee the management of KOLs, KOCs, and core creators. This includes handling incentives, content support, and Q&A, as well as establishing performance evaluation standards and content review SOPs. Event Support: Assist in planning exhibitions and offline events, including integrated social media PR strategies and player-focused content operations. 【Job Requirements】 Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years of experience in Japan social media operations for live-ops games. Experience independently managing official accounts and creator ecosystems is a plus. Language & Aesthetics: Native or near-native Japanese proficiency with a strong aesthetic sense. You must be able to independently draft official Japanese announcements and copy. Project Management: Strong project management and team communication skills.
