Job Summary We are looking for an experienced IT Network Security Analyst to join our Infrastructure Services team . This role is key to ensuring secure, reliable, and optimized network operations across our Operations Technology (OT) environment . You will play a critical role in supporting network security, resolving complex incidents, and driving continuous improvement in network design, performance, and automation. This is a permanent position located in Gornji Milanovac, Serbia . What you will do Provide day-to-day support for OT Network operations Act as an escalation point for network-related incidents (Tier 2 & Tier 3 support) Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking and security issues Recommend network designs, technologies, and configurations to improve: Security Performance Automation Cost efficiency Support project delivery and implementation activities Participate in problem management and service improvement initiatives Ensure proper documentation and knowledge sharing We believe you have Minimum 5+ years of experience in network design, implementation, and maintenance St
