About this role
TMSS Coordinator Patiala TMSS Facility Coordinator is responsible for assessing and improving the safety of machinery and equipment within the workplace. This role involves participating in TMSS machine assessments, risk assessments, compliance audits, training, and the implementation of safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries. The TMSS Facility Coordinator will collaborate closely with engineers, maintenance teams, EHS and management to promote a safe working environment Key Responsibilities: 1. Risk Assessment & Compliance · Participate in risk assessment process for machinery and equipment. · Assist with ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards. · Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions. 2. Machine Safety Implementation · Participate in conducting TMSS Assessments on machinery and equipment. · Manage machine safety power apps. · Participate in company machine guarding programs. · Assist with Lockout/Tagout/Tryout (LOTOTO) procedures and ensure compliance. · Collaborate with engineers and maintenance teams to design safer machine operations. 3. Audits & Inspections · Perform scheduled machine safety inspections. · Document findings and suggest necessary safety improvements. · Assist with safety program updates as needed. 4. Training & Support · Assist with training employees on machine safety and LOTOTO procedures. · Participate in safety workshops and awareness programs. · Provide support and answer safety-related questions. · Assist with the development o
