This role owns plant-level engineering support functions including maintenance engineering, utilities, infrastructure, equipment reliability, and capital project execution. Acting as the primary interface between Operations, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, and Corporate Engineering, the Engineering Services Manager ensures engineering standards are met while driving continuous improvement in equipment performance, cost, compliance, and capacity utilization. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage engineering services activities supporting production, maintenance, and plant infrastructure. Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting equipment, process, and facility-related issues. Ensure engineering solutions align with plant goals for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
