Maintenance Manager US MS Tupelo Plt NA03 As a Maintenance Manager, this position is responsible for leading and directing plant maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, operational continuity, and safe execution across the facility. The role establishes and executes maintenance and reliability strategies that support production goals while driving continuous improvement in preventive and predictive maintenance systems. This position provides leadership to both hourly and salaried maintenance teams, building technical capability, accountability, and strong cross‑functional collaboration with production and quality. The Maintenance Manager plays a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance, data integrity, and disciplined execution of maintenance standards. A strong Maintenance and Reliability leader in Mixing is essential to sustain forward momentum, stabilize operations, and protect production continuity through disciplined execution and continuous improvement. What You Will Do Lead and manage plant maintenance operations, including preventive and predictive maintenance systems, to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
