PA is responsible for enabling HR and Business leaders with insights to make evidence-based decisions which support the creation and execution of People and Business strategies. The team needs an individual who is creative, technical, curious, and passionate about using data to drive business results. This is a fast paced, highly rewarding role that makes an impact at TELUS through the ability to change the way we look at people data. Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together The Senior People Analytics Consultant will use consulting and analytical skills to deliver people analytics and insights to TELUS' Business Leaders and HR to drive people strategy and strategic workforce decisions. The job will be a combination of solving strategic problems and servicing day- to-day data requests (80/20 split). Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Lead the integration of new data sources into the analytics ecosystem, with a focus on M&A employee data, to expand capabilities and data coverage across the organization Design and implement a comprehensive data governance framework to establish data quality standards, privacy protocols, and ethical use guidelines
