Job Overview The Senior Engineer will be responsible for the design and development of relays, contactors, power distribution units, and other electromechanical products for TE Connectivity. The role also includes providing design support for sustenance and VAVE projects within the relay product line. The Senior Engineer will collaborate with global and local cross-functional teams to develop products by translating customer requirements into product specifications and managing the development cycle through testing, approval, and release to production. The Senior Engineer is accountable for meeting departmental KPI metrics related to NPD, VAVE, and sustenance activities. Responsibilities and Education Design and develop relays, contactors, power distribution units (PDUs), and other electromechanical products from Voice of Customer (VOC) through production release. Translate customer and system-level electrical requirements into robust, compliant product designs. Lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) activities, including concept generation, detailed design, development, and qualification in accordance with MIL and aerospace standards.
