You will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and customers to turn ideas into products manufactured at a global scale. Your main tasks Drive new product introduction (NPI) from concept to high-volume manufacturing. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. Develop product roadmaps aligned with business strategy and customer priorities. Engage directly with customers and internal teams to ensure alignment of requirements and timelines. Plan and execute product launches, including marketing and sales enablement. Act as Voice of the Customer (VOC) to build business cases and secure execution resources.
