About this role
NPI/Product Engineer – Cisco Silicon One Caesarea, Israel Meet the Team You will join the Cisco Silicon One group, the core of Cisco's ASIC design and the engine behind the world's most powerful AI infrastructure. We are a unique design center, and the team based in Caesarea hosts every discipline-from architecture and coding to physical board design and sign-off-under one roof. Our team operates with a fast-paced startup energy, building the largest-scale, high-speed devices at the absolute edge of feasibility. We don't just design chips; we build the unified hardware architecture that powers the next generation of global networking and AI clusters. Your Impact Lead the transition of high-complexity silicon products from R&D to mass production with a focus on SMT processes and board-level integration. Partner with Board Design and Validation engineers to analyze simulations and ensure our ASICs meet strict electrical, power, and thermal specs. Manage the end-to-end operational lifecycle, including technical procurement (רכש), supplier visits, and providing hands-on support for logistics and shipping (ליווי הרכבות/משלוחים) as needed. Drive "hands-on" execution by taking full ownership of the hardware-this includes everything from simulation analysis to physical tasks like unpacking, packing, and preparing pallets in the warehouse. You will succeed by being a proactive "all-rounder" who ensures our record-breaking technology moves seamlessly from the lab to the global market. Minimum Qualifications B.Sc. in Electrical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent technical experience). 3+ years of NPI experience specifically within high-tech hardware or semiconductor environments. Hands-on expertise in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) processes
