Job Overview This is a fantastic opportunity to join the product management team of TE Connectivity's Industrial Automation & Electrification Business Unit Reporting to a Global Product Manager the position holder will have blended responsibility for managing a series of new product development projects and portfolio management of the industrial cable assemblies. The position holder will drive the performance of their projects, their cross-functional team, and the overall portfolio. They will also contribute significantly to the steering, growth, and continuous improvement of the portfolio. You will be required to execute best-in-class management of your own projects, delivering excellent benefits from complex multi-site and multi-domain programs. Develop and execute the regional product portfolio strategy (Industrial Cable Assemblies). Work closely with Sales on growth and customer plans Developing relationships and maintaining a high-level of communication with cross-functional global teams will be critical to the role. You will act as the focal point for all projects across the portfolio and report progress to a senior leadership team on a regular cadence.
