Job Overview As a Product Development Engineering Manager in the Signal Integrity team, you will lead the aspects of electrical design, simulation, and verification-validation testing of high-speed products in the connector and/or cable assembly, radio system industry, targeting high-speed communications and connectivity within data centers and wireless infrastructure. You will maintain a team of SI engineers focused on a specific product set and/or project effort. You will be expected to independently accomplish project success by driving direct-reporting SI personnel and engaging with associated engineering disciplines and product development teams for product and system design, including focused activities of modeling, simulation, testing, and circuit board layout. You will drive your SI reports to complete expected SI functions, and train them in standard operating procedures, hardware equipment, and software tools. You will be a contributing member of the enhancement and advancement of the greater-DND's SI collection of simulation tools and capabilities, identifying potential areas of process improvement, and assigning responsibilities and resources.
