About this role
Finance Development Program (M/F/D) Job Country Poland At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. Why you should join: The program provides High Potential participants with an in-depth & cross-cultural experience through project or process responsibilities in various finance functions across different Business Units with the objective to develop future finance leaders. It provides a holistic development experience combining functional rotation assignments, education and exposure to accelerate career development. The program consists of four 6-month assignments in areas such as BU/ Segment/ Corporate FP&A Project Controlling / Commercial Controlling Internal Audit Operations/ Manufacturing Finance Start of the Finance Development Program is in September 2026 Assessments are planned for July 21st & 22nd, 2026. What you can expect from the program: You will assume a full-time position and develop hands-on financial skills while collaborating with experienced and international teams across our Business Units and Corporate function. During the two-year program, you will undergo four partly remote rotations each six months, such as Internal Audit, Plant Controlling, FP&A or Project Controlling, in an international environment in EMEA, offering you a fast track into the Finance world at TE Connectivity.
