General Manager, Director of Clinical Operations Remote, United States We are seeking a General Manager (GM) / Director of Operations to oversee and optimize the day-to-day clinical operations of our telehealth psychotherapy services. This role requires a strategic leader with strong organizational and communication skills who can manage and scale a large team of therapists across various states while ensuring high-quality care, compliance with regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency. A highly cross-functional and collaborative role, you will be working with providers as your main internal clients but will partner with Product and Tech, Clinical Support, and other centralized operational functions. You will be frequently finding yourself strategizing on long term goals, problem solving day-to-day inefficiencies of our operations, interpreting performance and quantitative data, and running projects into improve our experience and care quality.
