JOB SUMMARY: The R&D Business Operations Manager will be the lead support function for Chief R&D officer and also provide support to his Leadership Team as needed. We are seeking a high-caliber professional to support our R&D leadership team by bridging the gap between administrative and operational excellence and strategic communication. This role is pivotal for managing the logistics of an R&D leadership team in a growing biotech firm while helping shape the narrative for our global team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, agile, adaptable with good communication skills and a motivated team player to support the R&D leadership.
